Quoting and Ordering Made Easy

At Axon Circuit, our number one goal is to provide our customers high-quality printed circuit boards on time at a low price, every time. For starters, we’ve implemented an efficient 5-step quoting and ordering process that allows us to provide quotes within 2 hours, maximize panel utilization for low pricing, and schedule orders into production immediately.

Simply follow these 5 easy steps…

1. Submit your RFQ by choosing 1 of 4 methods (click here)
2. Receive Quote from Axon Circuit within 2 hours*
3. Place Order via PO or payment authorization (call, email or fax)
4. Approve Artwork from our Engineering Dept (fax sent for clarification if required)
5. Receive Boards within 2 weeks or sooner as requested

*RFQs must be submitted by 4 pm EST for same day quoting.

OUR QUOTES INLCUDE…

Our quotes will typically include a non-recurring engineering (NRE) tooling charge for Engineering to set up the artwork and film, a NRE electrical test charge (if required or requested) for Engineering & Test to set up the testing jigs, and either a per unit or minimum lot charge. For prototypes or small runs, we’ll usually quote a minimum lot, which is the total number of boards that will fit onto a panel or more as required. Here at Axon Circuit, every customer will get their own panel(s) per se, so boards don’t get processed incorrectly to someone else’s specifications.

Please note that premium charges will apply for deliveries required sooner than our 2-week normal lead time. Premiums may also apply for special services, such as design engineering, gerber conversions, or even special processes (e.g. ENIG, carbon ink, or Class III). Therefore, your quote may have several prices listed, so the sum of these prices is essentially the total, unless of course you don’t require some of the services that were quoted.
